Frequently Asked Questions
We rent stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), self-guided rafts, kayaks, river tubes, and river shoes. All packages include required safety equipment.
No experience is needed for tubing or SUPs. For raft rentals, basic swimming ability is recommended. Our staff will give you a full safety briefing before you head out.
All rentals include the watercraft, paddles (where applicable), life jackets, and a safety briefing. Helmets are available upon request.

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We will reschedule for weather-related cancellations at no charge.
Wear or bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, water shoes or sandals, and a change of clothes. Leave valuables at home or in your car.
Pick up is at our store at 1127 Yampa Street, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Open daily 9am-6pm during summer season.
