These terms apply to your use of backdoorsports.com and to purchases from our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
We try to show products, colors, sizes and prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you, and we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it by email or ship it. We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or an error.
Payment is due when you order. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. See our Shipping and Payment Info page for accepted payment methods.
Shipping costs, delivery times and in-store pickup are covered on our Shipping and Payment Info page. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return Policy.
Reservations for rentals, guided trips and tubing are made through our booking system and are covered by the terms, waivers and cancellation policy shown when you book.
Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you with a warranty claim. Apart from that warranty, products are sold as is, as far as the law allows.
The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Backdoor Sports or the brands we carry. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Routt County, Colorado.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
